The main building or Administration Building No.1 is characterized by unique architectural design which depicts the traditional salakot, a native hat worn during the pre-Spanish era. It presently houses the Office of the Assistant Director, the Planning staff and the Pawikan Conservation Project of PAWB. Behind the main building, is the Administration Building No. 2 that is occupied by the Office of the PAWB Director, Wildlife Resources Division, Nature Recreation and Extension Division, Protected Area Community Management Division, and the Administrative and Finance Division.
The IPAS PCU near the basketball court presently houses the Biodiversity Management Division. The offices of the Park Superintendent, National Integrated Protected Areas Project, National Biosafety Framework Project and the satellite Office of the ASEAN Regional Center for Biodiversity Conservation occupy the farm-type cottages (or craft village) and buildings located at the northern side of the lagoon.
Entrance to the park are through gates located at North Avenue from Quezon Memorial Circle and Quezon Avenue in front of the Lung Center of the Philippines. Designated Parking lots are available to accomodate all type of cars and vehicles.
